Death is one of the human experiences available to all of us that can catalyze awakening to the deepest levels of reality. Accompanying my parents in their dying processes over the past year and a half has done just this, for me.
Marga, this is so special. Your descriptions of death feels like soft shapes. You've given the other realm a voice, something that is so esoteric, and it speaks in poetry and words. Your thoughts.. they resonate in my heart. I sense your father in this writing. Sending so much love!
Thank you for your intuitive sensing, Dena. My Dad was a college psychology teacher and taught classes in death and dying, and did hospice volunteering for 50 years so yes, definitely, he is in this writing. His death was a great teaching, and a great gift, for me.
There's a poem by W.S. Merwin called "Absence" - here it is, slightly modified: Your Love runs through me like thread through a needle. Everything I do is stitched with its color.
Oh wow Marga, thank you for sharing about your Dad, it makes it all the more profound, it feels regal. And the poem, just more wow. I'm sending your writing to my Dad as he loves poetry and introspection. A lot of blessings are coming through! You are an agent of change:)
I am moved by the perception of the various layers of connection, from the ancestors to nature and the connector of the breath 🫁 thank you for sharing generously and can almost experience how living and dying might be pressent in the same moment 🔮
Marga, this is so timely. A good friend has passed within the last few weeks and another transitioning soon. Death is actually beautiful even though painful.
Thank you for this thoughtful and insightful offering for both the dying and the living. So clear and compassionate, I hope you keep growing these insights for the well-being of us all.

I love that sense, of living and dying possibly being present in the same moment...
Exquisite post, thank you for sharing your insights!
Thanks, Francesco!
Thanks so much Marga for bravely sharing your experience with fathers passing.
This benefits those shedding their bodies and abating as well as those of us being witnesses and doulas to their deathing. Blessings & light upon us.
Stefania
Blessings & light upon us, indeed.

Thanks, Steve. That beauty through pain experience is pretty exquisite, isn't it?
Your words are like amrita from the veil. Pure nectar.
Thanks Jane. Boy is the veil thin right now...
I totally relate to all you are saying, Dear Marga. Beautifully written! Love and hugs to you...
Ah, Julie... I know you know this terrain... WinterSpring helped me through some of the darker times last year... grateful for them, and for you...
