My mom just reminded me of a story TNH told once about his mother coming to him after she died and he realized she is always with him. He said - I did not loose my mother, she is always with me. When we found out he had passed that’s what she reminded me. It’s a beautiful thought that we still have him with us too.
Thank you for this beautiful post as I was with you in spirit by the creek (from our sweet visits in Ashland) and had a very similar response to the news including opening the generous gift of his teachings from Sounds True. His teachings went straight to the heart, maybe cultivated by earlier studies of Being Peace, or maybe due to the new levels of stress and fear in the collective. His voice is medicine. His passing marked a qualitative shift - a deeper awakening in my being and connection to all beings - Interbeing. Gratitude to you for your work and eloquence.
